CareFlowCareFlow Publisher
An internal publishing tool by SABA Care Analytics LLC
CareFlow Publisher is the application SABA Care Analytics uses to publish its own educational videos about building CareFlow, our hospice documentation software, to our own YouTube channels. It uses YouTube API Services.
What it does
- Uploads our videos with the title, description, tags, category and language we have written and reviewed for each one.
- Lets the operator choose visibility (private, unlisted or public) for each upload, and can schedule a private video's public release. It never changes a video's visibility afterwards.
- Adds the finishing pieces: a custom thumbnail, a caption file for long-form videos, and an entry in the right playlist.
- Confirms the result by reading the uploaded video's details back and checking that every field matches what was sent.
- Never uploads twice: it keeps a short-lived record of each upload, so a re-run after an interruption picks up where it stopped.
Who uses it
Only authorised SABA Care Analytics staff, publishing to SABA Care Analytics channels. It is not offered to the public, and it does not access anyone else's YouTube account, viewers, watch history or analytics.

What CareFlow Publisher accesses and stores, how long it keeps it, and how to revoke access or request deletion are set out in our Privacy Policy. Use of the tool is also subject to our Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service.
